Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IDV Worksheets (the "Service"), a subscription product operated by IDV Education, a sole proprietorship based in Spokane, Washington ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

IDV Worksheets generates customizable, printable math worksheets and answer keys for classroom use, primarily for middle and high school math teachers. The Service is intended for use by adult educators, not by students directly.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered as a paid annual subscription at $79 per year, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until you cancel.

• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion, such as for billing errors.
• Price changes: We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods with advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service;
• Use the Service to generate content for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Upload or introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems other than your own.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, problem-generation engines, design, and branding, is owned by IDV Education and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use worksheets and answer keys generated through the Service for your own classroom and educational purposes, including reproduction and distribution to your students.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated materials as a standalone commercial product.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including Supabase (accounts and data storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (optional sign-in). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be free of mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing materials before classroom use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDV Education will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
